Metasphere Technologies Inc. has launched a new product lineup with exciting updates, including changes to its hotel ecosystem and a stronger focus on guest-centric hotel software.
Metasphere recognizes that the hospitality industry’s landscape is evolving. Hotels need to cater to the demands of tech-savvy guests using technology throughout the entire guest journey. The updated portfolio will strengthen Metasphere’s existing hotel ecosystem. It will accelerate the integration of its existing solutions together to function as a single entity. As well as enhance the firm’s positioning as a one-stop-shop for all guest-centric hotel software.

The company has further enhanced its Self-Service Kiosk and rebranded the solution to Self Check-In Hub. The newly rebranded hotel kiosk is a hybrid contactless check-in solution that allows guests to complete parts of the check-in process at home before arriving at the property. As an industry first, the solution does not require integration to the hotel’s Property Management System as it can be used using Metasphere’s state-of-the-art technology.
